Refund & Return Policy:

Thank you for purchasing from Rebel Tribe Society!

We will offer a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

Eligibility for a Refund:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final and exempt from receiving a refund.

• Please send an email with your order number, receipt or proof of purchase and reason for requesting the refund.

Shipping:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us may vary and please note that we have no control over shipping time, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but you will receive a confirmation email when we do.

Once we’ve received your item and have inspected it, we will send you an email notification letting you know that we have received it and will determine a refund. PLEASE NOTE: that refund processing times vary, which we have no control over, but refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
